Ms. Marjon Castelijns

Ms. Marjon Castelijns is the Managing Director of IPA Africa. She joined IPA in May 2010 after working as the Logistics Specialist in the Supply Department with UNICEF Uganda. Before that she gathered a wide experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and Production in the private sector since the year 2000. Marjon has worked together with many UN, NGO and government stakeholders within projects. She holds a Masters’ Degree in International Business from the University of Maastricht and has enjoyed continuous training during her career. Marjon is a Dutch citizen living in Uganda.

Mr. Alexander Bbosa

Mr. Alexander Bbosa is the Procurement Officer at IPA Africa. Mr. Bbosa joined IPA Africa in 2010 after working with the UN Development Program (UNDP) in Uganda as a Recovery Officer coordinating UN agencies in Karamoja and Acholi regions in Uganda.  Before that he worked with the UN World Food Program as a voluntary Nutritionist. Mr. Bbosa holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Makerere University in Kampala and certificates in Administrative Law and Project Planning and Management and has recently finalized his MCIPS certification sponsored by IPA Africa. As Consultant, he participated in the IPA review of UNICEF supplies and Free Health Care in Sierra Leone since the inception of the project. He is also part of the IPA team conducting a Procurement Audit of the National AIDS Commission in Malawi. Mr. Bbosa has experienced a steep learning curve in project dynamics. He is a Ugandan citizen.

Mr. Michael Okorach

Mr. Micheal Okorach is a Procurement Assistant at IPA Africa. He Joined IPA in August 2011 after a short term training with SPEDAG, a logistics company in Uganda. He joined IPA as an intern and has built on this to attain the right experience in procurement and supply chain management. Micheal has also taken part in the IPA review of UNICEF supplies and Free Health Care in Sierra Leone since the inception of the project, and was part of the central stock count team in the 4th review in Sierra Leone. Micheal holds a Bachelor's degree in procurement and logistics management from Nkumba University. Micheal is a Ugandan Citizen.

Ms. Stephanie Annyas

Ms. Stephanie Annyas is the Project Coordinator for IPA Africa’s consultancy assignment in Sierra Leone. She joined IPA at the beginning of this assignment after working as a Consultant and Project Manager for two different NGOs and as a Research Assistant at a Dutch University. Stephanie has a Master’s degree in Social Education and Youth Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies as well as in Architecture. Stephanie is a Dutch citizen supporting IPA from Sierra Leone and Uganda.

Ms. Meltem Yasar

Ms. Meltem Yasar is the Operations and Finance Manager for IPA Africa. She joined IPA Africa recently in 2012, after working as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in a variety of companies in the private sector in Uganda for seven years. Previously she worked for high-profile companies in various sectors in Turkey including banking and telecommunications. Meltem has a master’s degree in Banking, Economics and Finance from the University of Wales, UK and has been trained in planning, coaching and leadership during her career. She is a Turkish citizen living in Uganda.

Nelson Barasa

Mr. Nelson Barasa is the Administrative Assistant at IPA Africa. Mr. Barasa joined IPA Africa in August 2011 after working in the Field Operations Section (FOS) with the International criminal court (ICC) in The Hague, The Netherlands, where he provided administrative and logistical support to the field offices in Uganda, DRC, Kenya and Sudan. Nelson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University in Kampala and is an Ugandan citizen.
